This report provides an overview of the current knowledge, policy activities and future needs regarding human pharmaceuticals in the aquatic environment in Sweden and internationally. The report explains the research programme developed by Mistrapharma from 2008 to 2011, which focused on researching and collecting information for the WikiPharma database that contains ecotoxicity data for pharmaceutical substances.
